L'Argentin, which is located on the Lobby level, is the sole upscale South American restaurant in the area. It has built its reputation around its excellent grilled beef. L'Argentin restaurant created for true meat lovers features one of the best selections of roasted meat such as the Free Range Chicken on the Spit, the Standing Rib of Beef on the Spit carved at the tableside or the Roasted Baby Lamb and Spicy Vegetable Sauce.

Along with its amazing grilled meat, exotic and spicy South American dishes are proposed like Un Caldo, a South American beef broth served with tomato, green onion, avocado, fresh coriander and chili pepper. In addition, dinner always starts with some Empanadas to set the tone. L'Argentin restaurant, open for dinner only, is known for its warm and cozy Latino atmosphere.

Le Café de la Mer, a deluxe brasserie overlooking the Mediterranean Sea has a stunning view on the coast from Monaco to Italy. Le Café de la Mer is renowned for its 'catch of the day' with its fabulous St. Pierre and Sea Bass or in-house smoked salmon. Furthermore, this Deluxe Brasserie, open for breakfast, lunch, proposes a wide selection of dishes.

Its menu ranges from a simple Niçoise Salad to an original Crab Cakes in Pistachio Crust or some delicious Grilled Lamb Chops. All those delectable dishes are served in a decor reminiscent of a Yacht's interior.
